Amherst Chamber of Commerce Strategic Plan
The Amherst Chamber of Commerce has worked diligently to finalize its new Strategic Plan. The final plan is a result of the input of many stakeholders and members.
The five objectives identified for the strategic plan are equally important; they should not be viewed in silos, as each objective is inextricably tied to each other:
– Advancing the Region
– Advocating Public Policy
– Providing Products and Services for Members and Investors
– Ensuring Organizational Stability
– Developing Community Leadership
